علیمحمدی با اشاره به بررسی وضعیت آمادگی استان‌های مرزی و نیازهای عملیاتی اظهار امیدواری کرد که با تمهیدات اندیشیده شده، اربعین امسال با کمترین میزان حوادث و سوانح برگزار شود. در این نشست، توصیه‌های لازم به استان‌ها برای ارتقای آمادگی و هماهنگی در مواجهه با حوادث احتمالی ارائه شد. هدف از این اقدامات، برگزاری هر چه باشکوه‌تر و ایمن‌تر مراسم اربعین حسینی در سال ۱۴۰۴ است.
