راجع به عملکرد معاونت توسعه شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان در سال 1403،تورج امرایی می‌گوید: در این سال 833 شرکت دانش‌بنیان جدید به اکوسیستم علم و فناوری کشور اضافه شده است. افزایش تعداد شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان، رشد علم و فناوری کشور را نشان می‌دهد. وضعیت اشتغال، درآمد و فروش شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان نیز در سال 1403 افزایش قابل توجهی را نشان می‌دهد.
